I haven't finished reading this book yet so my opinions on it might change by the end...
**SPOILER ALERT** Stop reading here if you don't want to know major plot lines in the story.
It would be statistically unlikely that even though there would be 75 victors over the years, that there would be one male and one female from each district. Especially since Collins makes it a point to say that several of the districts train candidates for the games and thus win more than the other districts. So the Quarter Quells scenario that she has placed in this book bothers me. I understand that its "just a book" and therefore I should just let it go, but honestly plot holes like this are what separate a good book from a great book.
