Hi everyone! I finally finished The Woman in Black last night. I read this book because the movie came out and I wanted to read it before I saw it. I thought it was a pretty good book. I was defiantly a little frightened during some of the parts (or maybe creeped out is a better term). As I expect I will be during the movie. Since I was reading one of the older copies it had some grammatical parts in it that would have been prevalent during the time that it was written and it was interesting to read.
I really enjoyed the details that were put into this book, I thought the ending was a little abrupt but I suppose it was apt with the rest of the book. In addition to it being a little creepy it was sort of sad too.
I started reading "After" by Amy Efaw last night, and got a good way into it. I also bought some new books for my Kindle. I got 2 by Lauren Destefano whom is a local CT author. Also I bought the second book for the XVI series "Truth" which I am excited to read.
On another note - tomorrow is my Birthday! YAY! I don't know for sure what I'll be doing but hopefully I will be posting more about the books I've read!
