This book was okay. Unfortunately I knew about 1/4Th of the way through the book exactly where it was going. This was defiantly not as good as the first book, but I suppose it was an okay follow up. However if you hadn't gone online to read about Jessica and Lucius' wedding, then you missed out on a few important details. All of a sudden we meet Raniero in this book, which is an important character, and I think that it was a poor decision by Fantaskey to introduce important characters and plots in a brief online short story that some people might not have been able to read.
Anyway I'm getting yelled at by my goodreads for being 2 books behind schedule to make my 110 for the year so I better get cracking!
